Bagels & Bialys Masterclass with Chef Mark Strausman

Discover the beauty of bagels & bialys! Join Chef and Author Mark Strausman, owner of Mark’s Off Madison, as he dives into recipes, techniques, and the history behind this specialty staple. Students will explore the importance of flour type and quality as they practice making both traditional hand-rolled bagels and bialys. This event is sponsored by King Arthur Baking Company, America’s oldest flour producer and a favorite among artisanal bagel makers.

Please note: This is a free hands-on masterclass where students will make bagels and bialys.
