ICE works with third-party housing vendors to coordinate housing options for all lifestyles, from dorms to apartments to co-living and homestays. In many instances, we have pre-negotiated rent for fully furnished or unfurnished rooms and apartments, utilities, Wi-Fi and short-term lease options. Students can enjoy access to a full kitchen and a variety of other amenities like laundry or gym depending on their monthly budget. For students with a permanent home address more than 100 miles from our New York campus or 50 miles from our Los Angeles campus , we offer up to a $2,500 discount off tuition, fees and charges to defray relocation costs.
