In January 2018, ICE's Los Angeles Campus opened as the school's second location at 521 East Green Street in Pasadena, California. The ICE Los Angeles campus extends across 38,000 square feet and is situated in the heart of Southern California. 

After 42 years in New York City, the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ expanded to add ICE Los Angeles - an urban oasis for food and restaurant lovers and without a doubt one of the most exciting food cities in America. We've reimagined our Pasadena space as a center for learning, innovation and creativity, staying true to the vision embodied by our New York flagship.

The kitchen facilities at ICE's Los Angeles Campus

Designed for Creativity and Community

ICE's Los Angeles campus features 38,000 square feet of educational and administrative space, with seven professionally equipped teaching kitchens. These spacious kitchen classrooms range between 1,500 and 1,800 square feet. The ICE Los Angeles campus also features dedicated academic classrooms and a 2,000-square-foot Learning Resource Center, plus additional tutoring rooms, providing students with community spaces to gather, hear from guest speakers, research and study.

ICE’s Los Angeles facility provides students with access to equipment and technology from recognized food industry brands generating creativity and fostering innovation. The facilities and technology featured help provide our students with real world experience on the equipment they'll use throughout their careers.

An Artisanal Approach to Education

Thousands of pounds of fish, poultry, produce, spices and other high quality ingredients pass through ICE’s Los Angeles Campus stewarding department each day. We go beyond the provision of ready-to-use ingredients, recognizing that artisanal production constitutes an essential area of culinary study.

ICE's Los Angeles campus is located just 20 minutes north of downtown LA and within easy walking distance of several bus lines and metro rail stations. The ICE Los Angeles campus is convenient to the 134, 210, 110 and 710 freeways, and offers ample attached, protected and secure parking spaces for students who wish to commute.
