ICE’s online culinary classes cover a 900-hour intensive curriculum. Virtual classes are held weekly, and students can join live or view on their own time. Readings, videos and chef-led classes are supplemented by weekly culinary labs, giving you the opportunity to practice techniques discussed in class. The course covers foundational training in culinary arts and the fundamentals of pastry and baking. Students also study food service operations and management as an introduction to the culinary business world.

Just because you're cooking at home doesn't mean ICE Chef-Instructors aren't there to help you. The program is led by Chef Shawn Matijevich, who, along with other chef-instructors, will check in on students’ progress several times a week, providing individual feedback based on photos, videos and written responses you'll submit.
